Samsung Mobile has finally debuted the newest member of the M-series family after teasing it last week. The new Galaxy M51 was a victim of numerous leaks over the past month. Surprisingly it makes its first appearance in the European market precisely Germany as opposed to India which was the speculated region by many tech pundits.
The Samsung Galaxy M51 comes with a 6.7″ Super AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution. The fingerprint reader is mounted at the right-hand side of the device. At the top middle of the screen is a punch-hole cutout for a 32MP f/2.0 selfie camera.
Around the back is a rectangular shaped quad-camera setup consisting of a 64MP main lens, a 12MP ultrawide lens with 123° FoV, a 5MP macro lens and another 5MP lens for depth sensing.
Powering this Samsung mid-ranger is the Snapdragon 730 chipset with Octa-core processor. It is coupled with a 6GB RAM and 128GB storage that can be expandable via the microSD slot.
One of the key highlights of this device is its large 7,000 mAh battery capacity that can last up to two days on normal usage. When the battery is down, you can count on the 25W fast charging support to juice it up quickly.
The phone is available for pre-order right now in Germany with an asking price of €360. It comes in two body colour options – Black and White. Shipping is expected to start from September 11.
